ANSWER: PIC-IT-UP will send you an e-mail when your parcels arrive. Occasionally, our system is not up to date with all e-mails, especially during busy hours. We encourage you to check up-to-date parcel tracking status by using www.packagetrackr.com. There is NO need at all to contact us to confirm registration – Rest assured, your parcel will always be safe and ready for PIC-UP!
QUESTION: What if I don’t receive an e-mail from PIC-IT-UP when my parcel arrives?
ANSWER: Sometimes, our first time customers have reported our notification e-mail going their junk mail box (Oh no!). If this happens, don’t worry – You can come straight into our office to pick up your parcel at any time, or feel free to check the UPS, Fed-EX, USPS, or any other common carrier website, including www.packagetrackr.com for your up-to-date parcel delivery status. Also, PLEASE add INFO@PICITUPINSUMAS.COM to your e-mail contact/safe sender list to avoid us going into your SPAM box.
QUESTION: Do I need to register again?
ANSWER: ABSOLUTELY NO WAY! Your parcel will always be safe with us – we are fully insured and ready to accept your parcels even if your name for some reason is not in our database. Just come into our office, and we will manually add you into our system for future e-mail notifications, if necessary.
Question: Anything else I need to know?
